Hope everyone is having a wonderful summer. We are approaching yet another new academic year. The classes are about to start and the new students are coming in. What could be a better time for all of us to receive the new ones and spend a few hours together while enjoying fresh BBQ and outdoor fun activities? Yes, like every other year we are going to have our annual BBQ and Freshers' reception. This year it is scheduled for 25th August 2018 (Saturday) at the Ross Hills park (Sullivan Shelter). Here are a few things to consider.
1. Sign up: Please sign up here. If you can provide a ride, please write down how many you can provide. If you need a ride mention how many of you need ride. The deadline for signing up is 18th August 2018.
2. Volunteer: If you can volunteer in the event please write it so in the signup sheet. We need a number of volunteers for the day before the event and at the event.
3. Membership Fee & Donation: You can pay the membership fee during the event to our Treasurer Pintu. Pintu will follow up with a detailed email about the membership fee and ways of paying it. We will also collect donation for BDSA during the event.
